Grupo Kresala Technologies has acquired 45 % of Deep-Insight’s capital. Deep-Insight is a technology-based engineering company, a spin-off of the Technical University of Madrid, specializing in diagnosing, monitoring, and developing risk management systems.

Their services include the creation of tools for decision-making and data management.

Their range of products includes tide gauges, oceanographic buoys, vessel movement monitors, marine sensors, etc.

By taking a stake in the company Deep-Insight, Grupo Kresala Technologies continues along the route outlined in its strategic plan of specialization in the field of port and marine products, services, and solutions, expanding its activity towards an operational future marked by information management, the use of prediction systems and the application of artificial intelligence.
